J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Leading EDJE
Entretien
The interview process included talking to the hiring team and developers. There were a lot of general questions about .NET (verbal conversation), but no coding questions at all. I definitely feel like my title is lower than it should be (goes from associate to architect). I think having coding challenges will allow interviewees to show their skill set beyond coding trivia.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
General .NET questions, like dependency injection, access modifiers, etc.
We appreciate your input. While we haven't incorporated a coding challenge, adjustments have been implemented to better gauge a candidate's capabilities and expertise.

A phone screen followed by 3 more interviews. They were not particularly difficult, but after the second interview, there was radio silence from them. No "thanks, but no thanks" emails or any attempts at scheduling the third interview. Just nothing. They wouldn't treat their clients like this, so why potential candidates?

The first step was a 30 minute phone screen with Chief Growth Officer to assess technical background and culture fit. About a week later I had a 2 hour in-person interview scheduled: the first hour was with the COO to assess culture fit followed by an hour with the technical lead of the project they planned to have me join to assess my technical skills.
