I applied online and heard back quickly from a recruiter to schedule a phone screening to interview. Her schedule was busy and had to pick a day for the following week. About two days later, I received an email saying the interview had to be cancelled because the position had been filled! It was posted for five days. extremely frustrating to post jobs online when you already have a candidate in mind for the role!! Do not waste your time. Lead Bank Post jobs with no intention to actually interview and fill them with external folks. I spend time tailoring my resume for every job that I Apply to and this behavior is frustrating and rude. Total waste of time.
