3 interviews and one case study. HR screening - a lengthy case study -presentation and behavioral interview with the hiring manager - team fit interview on site. The interviewers were very sweet and polite, and the conversation went smoothly. The case study asked for a lot and I appreciate the presentation. The team fit interview went quite well with not many detailed questions. The whole process was wrapped in a month. Then they considered other candidates. After 3 weeks of ghosting, I followed up to get a reply that they did not consider ANY candidates and re-opened the role. Seems like the company does not know what it is looking for.
