To start, the Talent Acquisition team at Estée handles the hiring process of preliminary phone interviews, and then Le Labo takes over from there. While I thought the folks at Estée were great, Le Labo was horrific. My second interview was rescheduled for two weeks out. The lady I interview with at Le Labo, in my opinion, was not a good representation of what Le Labo claims to value in evaluating candidates. She explained the role and stated that it would leave little room to grow within the company. She seemed checked out and highly disinterested. Not a single questions was asked, except for me to tell her about myself. After further investigation, this is nothing new at Labo (see other Glassdoor interview recaps). Red flag for sure!

Very casual, met with them twice. First time was very casual, interviewer didn't have any questions prepared. Second time was also casual but two people instead of one. They were still unprepared which was a little awkward.
