The interview process was fast, total have 2 rounds with 1 assessment. 1st round was with 2 VPs, the session was pretty good, Managed to go through that round and given a pretty nasty assessment which took nearly one day to complete even at my busy period, The assessment received a good feedback and went through final round with CFO, However, after the final interview, I got ghosted, even sending whatsapp messages to recruiter but no replies at all. I took this as my learning experiences, but a warm reminder to Lazada recruiter, do not take candidates time for advantage, we put in time and efforts, If you wanna reject, we deserve a decent reply. Describe a time when you identified a cost-saving opportunity and how you implemented it. How do you analyze financial statements to make strategic recommendations?
