He also asked a particular questions like it was a software engineering role. Meeting was meant to be 30mins, but finished in 12mins, cause he didn't know what else to ask or wasn't prepared. I knew from then it'll be a rejection for a position I was very much qualified for. I am sure he didn't consult the hiring manager and wasn't sure on what the role needed.
