I have never once left a negative review for anything. However, this experience has pushed me to do that. I have never encountered a more disengaged, rude, passive interviewer in my ten years of experience. Genuinely shocked at the lack of respect. I sat in silence a few times waiting for her to laugh because she was so rude I thought she was joking.

Rushed and very quick. Took two or three weeks from application to offer. Met with multiple people through the process some from other teams. Seemed like a very standard process for them.

Entretien
The Later interview process was very efficient and smooth. You knew what to expect at every stage with clear indications of what the next potential steps could be should you be moving ahead.
Phases included:
1. HR Call
2. Project Assignment + Personality Survey
3. 1st Interview
4. 2nd (and final) Interview
5. Offer Meeting (should you be given an offer)
Not only was the overall interview process so clear, but each person at every stage was also incredibly warm, friendly, and approachable. It demonstrated great insight into the level of structure and quality of care, culture and transparency of the company.

Each interview stage consisted of a mixture of the below types of questions:
- Experience (eg. tell me about yourself and your previous experience)
- Behavioural/Situational (eg. if you were not sure how to approach an issue and no one was online to help, what would you do?)
- Cultural (eg. what would you say is an important factor in succeeding in a remote role/team?)
