I applied online and was contacted by LasikPlus and two business days later, they reached out to me for a virtual interview via zoom. From there I had my second virtual interview the same day, three hours later. Both interviews were very pleasant.

The interview process was pretty average. I appplied online through Indeed.com, got a call then next day and had an interview via Zoom conference with an HR representative two days later. The rep that interviewed me was really pleasant and the questions were pretty basic. She asked why I wanted to work for LasikPlus and we talked about what my roles have been in other job positions I've held. She also asked about I've learned from working in professional environments. There weren't any trick questions and if you do a little research on the company and truly understand the position you're applying for, you'll be well prepared. I did have to take a survey before the interview that was pretty deceiving. THAT did included trick questions that I think may have jepordized my chances of getting the jobs, but other than that the process was pretty simple.
