I was presented with a few knowledge based test. After completing them, I was interviewed by the Vice President. He was pleasant and professional. He took the time to understand my background and how I could benefit the company. He felt comfortable enough to warrant a second interview. He understood I knew little to nothing about the tractor industry, but I was willing to learn.
