Multilocation process . takes lot of time in getting the feedback . lot of HR interactions & functional interviews.They are option for VC discussions as well & that helps . salary Negotiations are not advisable to have generally pay less as compared to market but have lot of perks. they may take time in communicating the place of posting which can come as surprise after all rounds of discussion
