It was Off Site Campus Placement so I applied first at the website then got the reply with the online examination date and after qualifying in that cracked the personal interview and Medical check ups and finally joined in the month of July 2014.

interview lasted 10 15 mins. panel of 2 senior members, Tell me about urself, new regime old regime, strengths weaknesses, relocation and further studies, asked my view on long work hours controversy, what do u know about L&T, lastly gave me an extempore topic on Whether reservation should be based on economic status. Overall if ur prepared with ur subjects current affairs then it will be moderate for you else tough.
Asked mainly about the basics and current affairs. There was a panel of people and the interview was conducted online. Before the interview they conducted an aptitude test to shortlist the applicants.
