The hiring process included sending of my resume which received a positive response followed by submitting two sample articles and a telephone interview. Telephone Interview consisted questions on my hobbies, work experience, writing style and writing process. The interviewer made me extremely comfortable by creating a positive space to exhibit my true potential.

I had an enlightening interaction with the interviewer. The interview lasted for almost 16 minutes packed with various genre of questions. Most of them were a chance to explore my interests and writing skills. This made me contemplate deep into multiple levels of writing. The interviewer was patient enough to listen to all my answers. In a nut shell, it was a fruitful session.
