I thought that the interview process was fairly easy but tedious due to 3 interviews and traveling to different locations. The first was over the phone. The second with the program director and 3rd with the executive director. The executive director is down to earth. Side note: I actually had 4 interviews because they wanted me to interview for 2 locations, hence 2 different program directors.
