Interview process consists of supplying your Lansing School District Application, resume, references, educational background (must have an associates degree to substitute teach). Once your information has been compiled and reviewed you may be called in for a one on one interview. If all goes well the school ditrict will move forward with a criminal background check, after that is completed and you are cleared to move forward you receive paperwork that gives you access to the substitute automated phoneline. You will be called every morning with an open position, which you can accept or denigh.
