I had two interviews, one interview was with the project managers which asked me questions about the technologies I have worked with and the projects I have done. It was basically an interview to get to know a litte more about me, what I have done as a software developer and what are my strengths and weeknesses. At the end I was given a written test about SQL Server and 5 or 6 excercises with stored procedures and queries.
The second interview was with the owner of the company and the head of the San José office. I was asked a few technical questions about sincronization with huge amounts of data. The owner wanted to get to know me a little better and I was asked my salary expectation.
