The interview isn’t long but there is a course that you need to take ti see if you can interpret that takes around a month, if you pass it then you’re hired and compensated for your time, if not then you’re not paid for that and not hired either.

taking their time i thought i didnt get selected then after 4 days they emailed me, i dont know it seems ok i guess through the phone call the interviewer was a very nice person

first the phone interview with the recruiter
then complete and pass the language tests of english and target language
then a few email back and forth
completing few forms and documents
then start training

CV screening > phone screening > interpreting assessment > training period > pass
Interpreting assessment was the hardest part of he process for me. Make sure you are well-prepared and keep calm.
