Initially, I did a video interview, where I responded to generic questions about my personality, work experience and ethic, etc.
A few days later, for the second portion, I spoke with a recruiter. The recruiter was very polite and supportive. She provided me with example scenarios/sentences to repeat to give me an idea of the work involved. She also explained the assessment I had to take online later on (and sent emails with details). She also provided me with a blank glossary, so I can research pertinent vocabulary in the target language.
After this interview with the recruiter, you are advised to join a phone conference to further practice your listening, retention, and note-taking skills, as well as prepare you for the online assessment.
