The process from start to finish has went smoothly. Ashley has been attentive, checking in on the progress & has been very easy to talk to. The interviews with Breeze and Kieran went amazing, they both made me feel extremely comfortable and were full of information.

I received my first contact from Ashley in the recruiting team within 3 days of sending in my initial application, which was very prompt. I had a Stage One interview via phone call with Ashley, followed by a second stage in-person interview with Kieran (Area Manager). The entire process felt very casual and refreshingly human whilst still maintaining professional standards. I found it easy to connect with both Ashley and Kieran as people throughout the process, as they are both very down-to-earth. The result of this was that I didn’t feel like a number or a potential resource throughout both interviews, but rather a person with their own individuality who could use their passion and perspective to assist a growing team whilst also growing themselves. Overall, I would say that the entire process that I went through felt very natural and at-ease and I very much enjoyed how my personality was being nurtured as well as my skill set and work ethic. If the interview process stands as even a slight marker for what it is like to work for the company, I have a very good feeling about my future within it.
