- Online Application requiring an answer along the lines of 'Why do you thin you would be a good fit for this role'
- 10 minute telephone interview
- In person 45 minute interview
- Matching process of 3-4 hours including 2 interviews, a commercial scenario and a role play
Thorough matching event including interviews to make sure you were a good match in terms of skills and values. Grueling but rewarding when you were offered the job…and definitely necessary
