Because of the out of state location of Lane Commercial Equipment all interview 2-3 was done over the phone. All salary negotiations were also negotiated on the phone. Lane Commercial Equipment had a prior knowledge of my past success, work ethic follow up skills with the ability to increase their volume significantly. Five times salesman/mo. 2013
