Applied and received a phone interview within 2 weeks. Interview was cold and almost demeaning in nature. I was interviewed with the hiring authority which is good but the other 2 folks who were probably in lower level positions were not allowed to ask anything. So they never spoke. Their input meant nothing to this administrator. That's teamwork!!
