After I submitted my resume, I heard back from the company the next day. They asked me to come in for an interview that week. I was interviewed by two different people. Both of them explained what the company did and their team strategy. I was asked questions about my past experience and about my desire to work at the company. I was told that they would contact me within a week to arrange a phone interview with one of the execs. Over a week went past so I emailed the company. They told me that they were busy but that they would contact me soon. Another week went past. Finally, I was able to schedule my phone interview.After my phone interview, the company said they would contact me within two days to let me know if i had gotten the position. They didn't email me within two days and I had to contact them. I would have just assumed that they weren't very interested in me, but several people who interviewed at the company had a similar experience.
