A very smooth process entailing 3 interviews, initial video call with Jonathan from the talent team. Jonathan also led communication throughout the process and makes you feel like part of the team from the get go. The second interview was a competency based interview with members of the management team. Again, a very warm conversation discussing experience and fit - a great opportunity to learn a bit about the company. The final interview was a meet the team interview. The entire process from start to finish took 10-14 days.

Quick, Informal mainly. Great communication throughout.
Initial interview with Talent manager, then a slightly more formal interview with Team Leads/ head of department. Then a meet the team with other Account Managers. Then finally a chat with HR about values.

Spoke with in-house recruiter, then a more detailed interview with managers/ directors which consisted of scenario based questions and how I deal with different situations. Followed by an interview with Talent and lastly meeting the team and then received an offer.
