they will ask you to introduce yourself and they will selct 1 or 2 out of 15 members.
then they will give you so called aptitude test, in that basic english which even a lkg kid can clear it, and some general knowledge questions on sports,
3rd round is interview with manager based on your resume
4th round is telephonic round with hr.. kind of manegerial round..
