Fair, however; need to improve the interview panel. All of them are young and doesn't have any professionalism in Indore office.
Lancesoft can do wonder in there IT process if the management team have come class. Some of them have communication issues which is really unexpectable at that level.

process was very straight forward no issues got selected for the role but couldn't continue due to personal reasons timing was bit off for me basic english conversation skills how well you know about the job and researched about it

Interview are only want to know about your English proficiency so the question i is to know hoy your English speaking ability is. There is no any perticular questions regarding the recruitment .

The interview will be simple and anyone with good communication skill can crack it. The intervie makes you feel comfortable and allows you to answer the questions by letting you take your time and he is very polite.
