I really enjoyed the process of interviewing there. At first I have a 1 to 1 meeting with my future manager where she described the structure of the company, area of responsibility and tasks of R&D department. Than she explained the role of web analyst in there team and which problems I would have been faced with. After that I passed offline tests and on the second interview I met the rest of the team. After several days I'd got a positive response.
