Single round interviews for Supervisory roles. Straight forward personality based interview questions along with technical questions related to people management and LEAN manufacturing principles. Based on my experience, Lam focuses on finding Supervisors who have very strong people skills and have some sort of technical background whether it be in semi-conductor field or not.
