J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lam Research en févr. 2017
Entretien
The manager of the plasma etching group called me. He asked me to introduce myself, and asked a few questions about my previous experience I listed on the resume. Since I have etching experience, he asked more questions on what I have done with plasma etching, and how did I develop the recipe for the etching, etc. Later, he asked me some behavior questions, like problem-solving. He did pay much attention to this part and expanded the question to details like what if you didn't get expected result in the lab.... Last, he asked me whether I have experience in industry and whether I have taken classes about plasma. The manager interviewed me is very professional.

Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What would you do if your project has already passed the deadline?
A 90-minute panel interview that combines both technical and behavioral questions, designed to thoroughly assess not only your understanding of core concepts but also your ability to apply them in real-world scenarios. The technical portion focuses on evaluating your depth of knowledge in relevant processes, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with tools, methodologies, and industry practices. You may be asked to walk through specific projects, explain decision-making processes, or troubleshoot hypothetical situations to demonstrate your hands-on experience and critical thinking.

I applied through a referral, which helped get my foot in the door. The interview process was entirely virtual and very well-organized. It consisted of five rounds roughly 30 minutes each, including technical screenings and behavioral interviews with different team members.
