The first interview is arranged online. It involves basic questions about studies, experience, seminars, knowledge of the English language, and personal characteristics (positive and negative). If the candidate is selected for a second interview, it will be conducted face-to-face with similar questions. Then, they will be subjected to an English test (technical text of ~4 paragraphs in English: summary in English and translation in Greek) and an Excel test of moderate difficulty if he/she does not know some of the above-mentioned basic functions.
