J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lalamove (Hong Kong) en janv. 2020
Entretien
Technical written test followed with 2 video interviews.
But one thing I didn't like was the attitude of the interviewer and one thing that bothered me was the professionalism in the questions being asked.
How can a 1.5 yrs experienced person can interview a 9 yrs experienced person? Sounds ridiculous, the questions were immatures enough, and my answers were more realistic, and I am still finding reasons why I was not selected in that round, but I feel it's good for me, as I got to know how they work in the interview process itself.

An interview is a formal conversation where one party assesses another’s qualifications, skills, and fit for a role, typically involving questions, answers, and mutual evaluation to inform a decision.
They asked me, “Can you walk us through a project where you solved a complex problem using data?” — a chance to showcase analytical thinking, tools used, and impact made.
Phone interview only. With HR asking questions about my experience and the past working experience. She is nice though. Asking some relevant questions as well. The whole process is around 30 minutes.
