interview process was rather smooth but the problem was with the next process. I passed the initial and was told that i need to take the tech challenge for 7 days. I worked on it the entire week and had made sure that i inform the recruiter of my progress. I have been told that if ever i will need more time that i have to inform them ahead. so that's what i did, i sent an email to the recruiter informing him that I may need more time to finish it to which he replied that it is ok for me to do so and that i just need to inform him again if im done. a day after i sent that email, i completed the challenge. so I sent another email telling the recruiter that i finished it already. then days and weeks passed, i never really heard anything from the recruiter or anyone else from Lalamove anymore. so I made a follow up email , informing them again but sadly no reply from Lalamove. I fully understand that i may have been a little bit delayed in finishing the challenged but to be GHOSTED just like that is utterly unprofessional for such well known company. a little feedback perhaps would suffice, at least inform your applicants that we didnt make it, or that we are not qualified or whatsoever. dont just leave us hanging and wondering . A little feedback would be a great help so we can at least know where or what areas do we need to improve ourselves in.
