First round of interviews was a panel interview with direct supervisor and other co-workers. Basic questions such as tell me about yourself, why did you apply for this particular job, what do you want to do in the future? The second round of interviews was with direct supervisor and college VP, similar questions, plus completed a few scenarios to see how to handle incoming phone calls etc.
