I was picked by the people's adviser and was done one formal interview before joining with the management. Easy enrolment and onboarding process. Mainly asked on my previous experience in construction.

Casual, easy. They didn't ask behavioural questions, it was more a chat around experience and getting to know if there was a fit. They understood I had the experience based on my resume, it was a chat with alliance General Manager.
