I submitted my application through Indeed, then was contacted to set up a phone interview. I confirmed the date/time of the interview, arranged for childcare, and spent a few hours the day before preparing. Well, the interviewer was a no show. I called the number she provided twice, left a brief voicemail and sent an email. I understand things happen, but no one from the company ever contacted me to explain why they ghosted me. I would have appreciated at the very least an apology. I've never experienced such unprofessional behavior. if this is how they run interviews, I can't imagine how the business must be run.
