Applied through GVC website (main company that owns ladbrokes) It was a CV application, so nice and easy. I got a quick 5 min call from the recruitment team explaining the role and asked me what i knew about the company and why i applied.
I got an interview after the call ( quite informal with a numaracy test, explained in next section)
Got a call the same day offering me a position.

casual brief and a get to know each other kind of vibe very laid back and friendly although that could just of been my area as working in others since not everyone is that nice in the company

Very easy, fast, as long as you know basic maths you’ll be okay for the maths test. Everyone’s really nice so my nerves calmed really fast. They send you to an induction/ training day when successful
