First stage of the interview for a placement year as a CRA, was a phone call where they asked questions on what you know about the company and the role you applied for. They also asked questions on how you stay motivated.

Screening round, then interview with hiring manager, maybe another one with another hiring manager. If you get the offer, you will be asked to do the background check and drug test before you start working
