J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Labcorp en janv. 2011
Entretien
Phonescreen followed by two one on one interviews. The physical site was somewhat shabby and uninspiring (which surprised me given the multibillion dollar nature of Covance's business) and throughout the process there were occasions when I wasn't contacted at the promised times. They seemed to prefer meeting with me separately, however I found this led to much repetition. The interview was very much about talking to your CV and really understanding what Covance does. This was especially important. Many interviews revolve around an interviewer telling you about the company, however here I was able to exercise my preparation as both interviewers asked me to tell them about the business.

They called me on a timely basis and asked some basic STAR questions. They didn't answer any tough open ended questions. Pretty courtesy people as well. As long as you prepare to talk about healthcare and your passion and answer the questions in a basic manner, I think you can get past the first screening very easily.

Interviewed with HR first then hiring manager. Hiring manager acted as though they had already determined I was not qualified and just brushed me off (i.e. I obviously was not their primary focus). She even joined a conference call while I was in the room!
