I applied online and received an invitation for a phone screening interview after 1 month. The recruiter was nice and patient in listening to me throughout the interview. After which, the recruit kindly provided brief insights and details about the job that I applied to and also explained to me the interview process. The recruiter told me that they will get back to me in one week's time but they did not drop me a follow-up email or anything. I have tried sending an email to check on my status but they didn't reply at all. Will be good if they can notify me of the outcome of my phone screening interview.
