The initial interview is over the phone with the corporate HR coordinator. After that, I was invited to meet with the branch manager at the office. While longer than I had anticipated, the interview was very thorough and informative. The manager is very pleasant and seems to have created a nice office environment. Expect to take a brief test on Excel and to sit with and observe other members of the admin team. Make sure you know your exact GPA going into the interview because you'll be asked what it is (and will also have to send in a copy of your transcripts). In total, I spent 2.5 hours at the in-person interview, so budget your time wisely.
