I applied online to Labatt and received a response within 3 days inviting me to scheduled a video interview. The interviewer was a current Business Analyst and he asked both general questions about my resume and detailed questions about my experiences doing math research and coding. About a week after the first interview I was contacted about a second video interview, now with the Director of Sales. The second interview was more focused on questions I had about the company (60-70%); questions I received were again, focused around my resume without regard to the first interview. During the interview I was told I would be contacted in approximately a week about moving forward to a final onsite interview. A little over a week later, having not been contacted, I followed up with an email to which I never received a response. A little over a month later, I received an email stating they decided to move forward with other candidates.
