J'ai postulé via une autre source. J'ai passé un entretien chez LaSalle Network (Chicago, IL) en août 2017

      Entretien

Interview process was actually fairly smooth in the beginning. I was communicated with very frequently throughout but over all turned out to be a waste of time. In my first interview I met with the Director of Sales Recruiting and went into detail of my current salary, benefits, and expectations. I was then invited back in to meet with the CRO of the company and also an HR Generalist. They also asked me to prepare a Powerpoint presentation along with write an essay about their CEO. This interview was rescheduled the day before 3 different times. Being a recruiter I understand how hard it is to nail down an executive so I did not hold this against LaSalle Network at all. When I finally came in for the interview with the CRO it was communicated to me that she was unable to make it... I kept my happy face on and met with one of the directors of recruiting. Her name was Megan and she was Amazing. LaSalle better hold her close cause she is the real deal. After leaving the Director of Sales recruiting ask to set up a call with me. He asked me again about my current pay structure and benefits. I gave him a detailed list and the next day I was sent an offer that was FAR worse than what I am currently getting paid. I sent a very kind email declining the offer but expressing my gratitude and appreciation for the experience. He then reached back out to me and asked me to connect the next day to discuss. I told him to let me know a good time and I would make myself available. 2 days later I messaged him again asking if he was still interested in connecting. He replied the next day letting me know that "He thought about it" and thinks I should pursue other opportunities. Overall I am glad it did not work out. LaSalle Network seems to be very unorganized, underpays employee's, and requires you to work a minimum of 10 hours a day.

      Question 1

Not one question was unique enough for me to remember. Everything was standard for an interview.
