Everyone here was really nice and open about the entire interview process. I felt that I was kept up to date the entire time, and i felt comfortable reaching out to the recruiters with any questions or concerns I had. I did feel that the Interview process took a long time, but I also applied very early on into my senior year of college and understand that not a lot could be done while i was still in college.

Phone screening & Zoom interview — both approximately 30-45 minutes each. The internal recruiter was interested in hearing about my prior related experience and my current career/why I’m interested in changing careers.

The interview process was very straightforward. I spoke with a corporate recruiter first for 30 min. They actually dug in fairly deep. From there I spoke with a recruiting manager and a practice manager. At the end of all of this there was a case study.

There were 3 rounds of interviews, spread out across 2 months. Questions were easy and straight forward. There was an initial phone screen IV, then 2 video interviews after. The video interviews were about 30 min each.
