Great process with multiple conversations across the team, Everyone was easy to talk to and I got the sense really enjoy their work and what the company is doing. The technical recruiter was especially helpful, patient and professional throughout the process.

They care about learning from your past experiences and the best way to prepare is to treat it like a behavioral interview. I found that sharing examples with a structured STAR format was very effective. Be sure to explain the business impact of your work -- not just the details of the execution.
