My interview process was great! I had a 30 minute phone screen with the hiring manager. I then was brought onsite for a panel interview. It was just under 2 hours. I interviewed with the VP, everyone who would be on my team and a manager that I would recruit for.

I was asked about my recent experience, my recruiting strategy, why I was looking and what I was looking for. I was asked how I would sell candidates and how I overcome objections. I was asked about my background in depth.
