The overall experience with Estates and Wines was unpleasant. After being given self made deadlines to get in touch with me, I was left waiting a total of four weeks for a response to emails requesting feedback. In the response I was simply given a generic email thanking me for my time, however being unsuccessful. The interview was was rather ambiguous, and it seemed the questions had simply been plucked form the internet. Although the questions were relevant, I was asked five times to how I had resolved conflict, leaving me feeling patronised and unworthy of the position. Bad Bad Bad

3. HR interview (zoom) - got accepted on the spot on this call
