First I got a phone interview that lasted about 45 min - 1 hour, where I was asked about my CV and more recent experiences and how I dealt with different situations. After this I was invited to the assessment center, where we where 11 candidates in total. We were all given an individual task assignment to prepare in order to give a 15 min presentation. Upon arrival we all had 3 minutes to introduce our selves, then we were separated in groups of 4, where we had a task that we had to present for 10 min after 30 min of brainstorming. Finally, after lunch, we had our individual task presentation and small interview.
