Interactive Performance Based Interview You act like an employee when you interview do the store manager and staff can have an understanding of your skills. It was different and I would consider it to be a fair process.

Group interview, reviewing/testing several products in the store. Attempting to sell them to management and other interview candidates. Personal one on one five minute interview with manager basically selling yourself ie strengths and weaknesses.
