I came in for an interview and met with the Principal and a senior designer. We walked through my resume as well as my portfolio and discussed what the role would entail. After that I was able to meet the rest of the team and get a feel for the culture and chemistry of the small team. It was quick and easy and gave a comprehensive look at what the day to day would be like at this firm.
