LTI is very unprofessional in its hiring practices. They conducted all the rounds and salary discussion, but did not released the offer. They were not even answering the calls. Why to waste candidate's time if they dont want to hire? 1st round was online test L1. second one was virtual interview. 3rd one was HR discussion. But it was all timepass for them. They don't want to hire. They are just taking interviews to show their management that they are busy.

Round 1: Virtually conducted and focus on Power BI only(No SQL qns)
Round 2: Phone call interview (20 mins)
Round 3: Will be conducted at office, F2F. I hope all the rounds will focus on PBI only without SQL

It was okish, and the DSA questions were of easy to mid level and most of was in the onsite. And the entire hiring process was also quick and completed within 2.5 weeks
