Very vague interview process. I was contacted through Naukri, but the interview process lacked structure. L1 round was conducted by an AI bot. L2 round was a 30-minute discussion with a human interviewer. Later, HR requested that I repeat the same L2 discussion from the office with the same panel for verification purposes. Since the discussion covered largely the same topics, it felt redundant for both the interviewer and me. HR then informed me that there would be an L3 round, but it never took place. Eventually, the HR discussion was completed. However, no offer letter was released for around 40 days. On my last working day, HR informed me that the CTC had been approved and that the offer would be released soon. Even after two additional weeks, I did not receive the offer.
